Who we are

Hi, I’m Kylee! I started Sunshine Bowls in June of 2023 in Flagstaff, AZ. I had been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, and decided it was time to explore a new part of the industry. I was born and raised in Arizona so a need for sunshine is a part of who I am, inspiring the name for Sunshine Bowls. If you’ve been to the bus, then chances are you’ve seen me working the window or making bowls in the back. We run off of solar power and good vibes. There aren’t many “healthy” food truck options, so we definitely stand out and are very niche. We are a vegan truck, with gluten free options, and all of our products are compostable. We spend our summers in Flagstaff and winters down in the Phoenix valley area. We hope to see you at one of our upcoming events! Thank you for making my dream a reality :)
